Fair Cadora, APC is seeking Family Law Attorneys to join our growing family law practice in San Diego. These are onsite or hybrid full-time roles with a 4-day, 32-hour work week with full pay.

Compensation:
Expected total compensation, including quarterly bonuses: $130,000 – $200,000+ per year
Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 per year, dependent on experience
Quarterly Bonuses: No cap, tied to clear and transparent metrics

What You'll Do:
You will carry an active family law caseload and be expected to move matters forward with skill and diligence. Day-to-day, this includes:
You are licensed by and in good standing with the State Bar of California and work well as part of a small, collaborative team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

What You'll Do:
You will carry an active family law caseload and be expected to move matters forward with skill and diligence. Day-to-day, this includes:
- Conduct consultations with potential clients
- Managing cases in alignment with client objectives and driving timely resolution
- Communicating with opposing counsel, clients, and the court via phone, email, and correspondence
- Making court appearances and conducting depositions
- Drafting declarations, motions, discovery, judgments, and trial briefs
- Conducting legal research and writing memoranda of points and authorities
- Maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with clients throughout their matter
- Providing litigation support for other attorneys when needed
