Fair Cadora, APC is seeking Family Law Attorneys to join our growing family law practice in San Diego. These are onsite or hybrid full-time roles with a 4-day, 32-hour work week with full pay.

Expected total compensation, including quarterly bonuses: $130,000 – $200,000+ per year Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 per year, dependent on experience Quarterly Bonuses: No cap, tied to clear and transparent metrics

What You'll Do:
You will carry an active family law caseload and be expected to move matters forward with skill and diligence. Day-to-day, this includes:
Conduct consultations with potential clients
Managing cases in alignment with client objectives and driving timely resolution
Communicating with opposing counsel, clients, and the court via phone, email, and correspondence
Making court appearances and conducting depositions
Drafting declarations, motions, discovery, judgments, and trial briefs
Conducting legal research and writing memoranda of points and authorities
Maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with clients throughout their matter
Providing litigation support for other attorneys when needed
Who We’re Looking For:
You are licensed by and in good standing with the State Bar of California and work well as part of a small, collaborative team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
